Our Refund Policy

At NBM Host, we strive to provide exceptional hosting services. However, if you decide to discontinue our services, please review our refund policy carefully.

Important: Refunds are only available for hosting fees and must be requested within the specified timeframe. Dedicated Server and VPS services are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

Send us a detailed email outlining your services and reasons for cancellation.

Ensure your request is submitted within the 30-day refund window for eligible services.

We'll verify your eligibility based on our terms and conditions.

Receive Refund

If approved, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Detailed Refund Policy

There are a few steps you must take if you want to stop using our company's services, NBM Host. If you follow the proper steps and request a refund within the allotted time, we will only reimburse you for the hosting fees. We shall not be obligated to reimburse you if your request for a refund is submitted beyond the allotted time.

In accordance with the company's terms and conditions, the reimbursement amount will also be given. For first-time customers purchasing web hosting services, we provide a 30-day return policy. For customers of Dedicated Server and VPS, we do not offer refunds.

Email Submission

You must send us a detailed email outlining your services and your reasons for leaving in order to receive a refund. Customers who have been with us in previous years but are already affiliated with them are not eligible for a refund.

New Customer Requirement

This policy only applies to new customers who have never made a purchase from NBM Host. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are purchasing services from us for the second or third time.

Bandwidth Limitations

When your bandwidth was used up in the first month, there is another reason why you won't be eligible for the return policy's benefits. We also reserve the right to reject any refunds.
